Privacy & advertising choices

Advertising measurement

Hella Comfy uses the Meta Pixel to share page views, page addresses and referring pages, browser and device information, IP address, and advertising cookie identifiers with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Meta uses this information to measure advertising and support ad optimization. This website reports page views, items added to the bag, and checkout starts (product IDs, quantities and amounts). Completed purchases are reported to Meta by our checkout provider, Shopify, according to the privacy choices shown at checkout. We do not enable customer matching or share the email or phone number you enter in our signup form.

Consent and regional choices

In regions where consent is required, and when your region cannot be determined, the Pixel stays off until you accept advertising tracking. Elsewhere, it can run without a banner unless you reject it or your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Essential shopping functions do not depend on advertising consent. We do not send events that occurred while tracking was blocked.

Your consent record and withdrawal

Your browser stores a random visitor reference, the detected country, each dated advertising choice, and the notice text and version shown. A later rejection preserves the earlier acceptance evidence. These records remain in this browser until you clear site storage; clearing it removes this site's stored record and may prompt you again. Meta may set advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc when tracking is allowed.

Open Cookie settings at any time and choose Reject to stop future Facebook tracking, including in other open tabs. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Withdrawal does not undo data already sent to Meta. You can also clear cookies through your browser and manage advertising preferences with Meta.

Shopping, signup and questions

Shopping and checkout use Shopify. Email and optional phone signup use Klaviyo under the choices shown in the signup form; those choices are separate from Facebook advertising consent. For questions or requests concerning your information, contact Hella Comfy. Read Meta's privacy policy for its processing and controls.
